That means Animus Labs owns the underlying design and technical setup, and you receive design, hosting, maintenance and support as long as you're a subscriber. Your business content — your text, photos, logo and brand — remains yours and can be exported at any time.

You can cancel with reasonable written notice. Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period and your website is taken offline. Any content you provided remains yours to take with you.

Yes. Fast, secure UK-based hosting is included in every plan — including SSL, backups and uptime monitoring.

Absolutely — you can point an existing domain at your new website, or we can register a fresh one for you.

Yes. Website redesigns are one of our most common projects — same monthly plan, we simply migrate you onto it.

Yes. Each plan includes monthly content updates (see pricing). Larger structural changes can be quoted separately.

Typical launch is 7–14 working days from brief to live, depending on plan and how quickly you can provide content.

We can set up professional email addresses using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. Third-party email licences are billed separately by the provider.

Simple product listings can be added to Business and Premium plans. Full e-commerce stores are quoted separately depending on complexity.

No large upfront design fee. Your first month's subscription is due at signup, and a small one-off setup fee may apply for complex migrations — we'll always be upfront.

Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive and tested on real phones and tablets.

We include sensible SEO foundations, structured metadata and Google Business Profile setup. We don't guarantee rankings — nobody honest does — but we build a solid base for local search.
