We provide website design, hosting and maintenance on a monthly subscription. Specific deliverables are set out in your proposal.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card or direct debit. Access to the service continues while payment is current.
Cancellation
You may cancel with reasonable written notice as set out in your subscription agreement. Your website will be taken offline at the end of your notice period.
Content
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you provide. We may refuse content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes third-party rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time — we'll notify you of material changes.
